Our insider, Don Murphy, reports from the scene, where the atmosphere was buzzing. The venue was set, with the 300 level seats upgraded to the 200 level, and the upper deck partially closed off. Peter Rosenberg, Vic Joseph, and Booker T were on commentary, adding their expert voices to the night. And, in a nod to the Pittsburgh Steelers, NXT even handed out some 'terrible towels' to the crowd.
Here's what went down:
Jackson Drake (with Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes) triumphed over Sean Legacy, retaining the WWE Evolve Championship. Drake sealed the deal with a running kick after about nine minutes. The crowd started off a bit subdued, but the match's intensity drew them in.

Lei Ying Lee emerged victorious in a Triple Threat match against Kelani Jordan and Jordynne Grace, claiming the TNA Knockouts Championship. Carlos Silva and Tommy Dreamer were present at ringside. Grace had Jordan pinned after a powerbomb, but Lee stole the pin. The match was about 12 minutes long and the outcome was unexpected.
